Overview


Intellibook offers a seamless integration with Pipedrive CRM.

The integration will automatically create 'Deals' in Pipedrive which represent quotes and bookings in Intellibook and other details will automatically flow from Intellibook into Pipedrive to keep the two systems in sync.

Booking Status Feature


We strongly suggest you enable the "Booking Status" feature in Intellibook before you set up an integration with Pipedrive. This enables a more purposeful integration with Pipedrive since the status of the booking in Intellibook determines the stage of the pipeline in Pipedrive.

Enable Products Feature in Pipedrive


The first step after creating your free Pipedrive trial is to turn on the 'Products' feature in Pipedrive.

  1. Open the 'Settings' screen. This can be done by clicking on your name at the top-right corner of Pipedrive and then clicking 'Settings' from the menu that appears.

  2. Within the 'Settings' screen, click the 'Features' section on the left-hand side.

  3. Turn on the 'Products' feature.


Retrieve Pipedrive API Token


A Pipedrive API token enables Intellibook to act as a Pipedrive user, creating records which represent the products, bookings and contacts you have loaded in Intellibook.

  1. Log in as the user which you would like Intellibook to act on behalf of. You can either nominate a regular staff member's Pipedrive account for this purpose, or you could choose to pay for an additional Pipedrive user which is dedicated for API access. Certain notes and audit trail entries in Pipedrive will reflect this user.

  2. Open the 'Settings' screen. This can be done by clicking on your name at the top-right corner of Pipedrive and then clicking 'Settings' from the menu that appears.

  3. The API Token can be found under 'Personal > API'. Copy this token to your clipboard.

  4. In Intellibook, you can enter the token you copied in the previous step under 'Settings > Integrations > CRM'

  5. Click 'Edit' and past the token into the 'API Token' field then click 'Save'.

Good to Go!


Within 15 minutes you should notice some of your products, contacts and bookings begin to appear in Pipedrive from Intellibook.
