Intercom Integration

Setting up the Intercom Integration

  1. Sign up for an Intercom account at

  2. Under "Settings > Installation > Web" grab your unique Application ID as shown below:
  3. In Intellibook, open the "Settings > Integrations > CRM" tab.

  4. Under "Intercom", click the "Edit" button and paste in your Intercom App ID as well as ticking which pages you want Intercom to load on:

  5. Click "Save" and you're all done!


Intercom Messenger button not showing?

  • Check that the Messenger settings are in place within Intercom under "Settings > Installation > Web"
  • Check to see if "Identity Verification" is enabled under "Settings > Identity Verification". This is not yet supported by our Intercom integration.
