  1. Zapier Integration

    Integration with Zapier so that users can select their own CRM provider. Pipedrive just doesn't really work for me. More importantly though, Zapier integration will open up the flood gates of possibilities.

  2. Allow Products to be cloned

    Please vote for this if you would like to create a new Product (event/package) based on the settings, information and images of an existing one.

    This will greatly speed up the process of creating products which are similar to others or recurring events etc.

  3. Add customisable booking confirmation/itinerary document

    Vote for this if you'd like to be able to generate custom, personalised booking confirmation / itinerary documents from Intellibook.

    This facility would allow you to upload a DOCX-format template file (created using MS Word or other DOCX-compatible word processor) which could be completely styled/formatted per your business/event branding and which would contain special 'merge' fields which act as place-holders for booking/event-specific data.

    This template would then used by Intellibook to create personalised confirmation/itinerary documents in PDF format which could be automatically or manually sent to your customers.

  4. Allow credit card payments to be taken during registration

    Vote for this if you'd like us to include functionality whereby a deposit or full payment could be taken when a customer registers for an event.

    In the case where full payment is not taken during registration, there will also be a facility to take credit card payment of the balance at a later date.

    At least two payment providers will be supported in the initial release of this functionality:
    - DPS (Payment Express)
    - Paypal

  5. Add Xero integration

    Vote for this if you'd like us to integrate with Xero online accounting software.

    This will allow invoices to be seamlessly injected into Xero ready to reconcile with payments as they are received, and for contacts to be syncronised between Xero and Intellibook.

  6. Add booking status field

    Allow for bookings to be marked with a status, e.g. "New", "Paid", "Cancelled" etc.

  7. Add Package functionality

    Please vote for this if you'd like us to fast-track the addition of 'Package' functionality to Intellibook.

    Package functionality would allow Intellibook to facilitate the booking of tours etc., including integration with an existing website if required.

    Included in this feature would be the ability to load discrete 'inventory' against a given Package - locking down availability to a number of bookings on a given date (multiple time slots per would be possible) etc. 'On request' bookings would also be allowed.

    Upon clicking a 'book now' button (or similar) for a given product on your website, the customer will be…
